The Electrosal Oral Hydration Electrolyte Salts Blackcurrant Sachets help to hydrate your body. The formula is made up of electrolyte salts, glucose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and disodium hydrogen citrate that help replace fluids that are lost from sweating, illness such as diarrhoea or general activity

• Suitable for adults and children over 3 years
• 10 Sachets per box

How To Use

• Take one or two sachets to maintain hydration.
• Children over 3 years (20-40ml/kg): Give one sachet to maintain hydration.
• Dissolve 1 sachet in 200ml of pre-boiled lukewarm water and stir thoroughly.
• Cool the solution before serving  (cooler solution is better tolerated).
• Do not sweeten the solution.
• Do not take more than 3 sachets  (for children) and 6 sachets (for adults in a 24hour period)
